Our Senior Management team averages over 20 years of experience within the financial industry. Team Managers and Company Trainers average 17 years of experience within the collection industry, and 15 years of employment with Viking.
Mr. Kloeckner served as the CEO of Viking Client Services from its start in 1969 until his retirement in 2000. Prior to starting Viking Client Services, Inc., Mr. Kloeckner spent 4 years in the trust department at First National Bank of Minneapolis. Prior to that, he worked as an audit manager for National Car Rental and as a collection manager for Fingerhut Corporations. His industry experience has proven over and again that the financial recovery industry can both value people and accomplish excellent results.
Mr. Kloeckner has worked in all areas of Viking Client Services over the last 20+ years. The company has seen tremendous growth and expansion into various services and industries under his leadership as he carries the mission of a commitment to people and to good. Prior to joining Viking, Mr. Kloeckner attended the University of North Dakota and graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and Airport Administration.
John joined Viking in 2011. He is a former founder and owner of Triad Financial Services. After a successful sale of the business, he served in similar roles at GMAC/Residential Funding, AllianceOne and ICT Group (now Sykes). He has performed for 28 years as a senior executive in the ARM, Customer Contact and BPO markets. John is an innovative thinker who brings vision and strategic leadership to Viking Client Services. He is a graduate of St. Olaf College.
Tom has worked at Viking since April of 2000. He has helped manage the company through rapid growth and the complexities that brings. He has also been instrumental in creating and maintaining a culture within Viking of professionalism and integrity. Prior to joining Viking, he was the President of MidAmerica Bank, Chaska and worked as a commercial lender at 2 other local banks. He is a graduate of the University of Minnesota.
Breana joined Viking Client Services in May 2017. Prior to her role as Controller at Viking, Breana spent 5 years in public accounting at Baker Tilly, where she worked closely with a wide range of entities, including manufacturing companies, healthcare and medical equipment companies, financial institutions, and professional service companies. She also spent a year within Ecolab’s internal audit department where she led and performed audits of Ecolab entities all over the globe. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and a minor in Finance from the AACSB accredited Herberger Business School of St. Cloud State University, and is a Certified Public Accountant.
